We use well-located, school-friendly hotels in Krakow, all vetted under our TourTrust safety system. Students are accommodated in multi-bedded rooms, with teachers in twins or singles. All hotels offer breakfast and evening meals and are within easy reach of the main city sights.

Yes. Your trip can be fully tailored depending on your subject focus and trip duration. Additional visits, such as the Wieliczka Salt Mines or Wawel Castle, can easily be added to your itinerary. We also have groups often combining subject areas, such as Krakow Business Studies school trips, to make the most of your Krakow trip.

Yes. All Adaptable Travel tours are half board as standard, meaning breakfast and a two-course evening meal are included each day. Lunches are not included, allowing flexibility for your group to eat locally or take packed lunches arranged through your hotel.

Yes. A guided walking tour of the Jewish Quarter and Schindler’s Route is typically included, along with visits to the Galicia Jewish Museum and Wawel Castle. Local guides are used throughout to enhance the educational value and provide historical accuracy.

All Krakow school trips include free access to our “Project Krakow” teacher and student resources. These pre- and post-visit materials help students reflect on what they’ve learned and make strong curriculum links to their studies.

Evenings are usually relaxed after full days of study visits. Options include a group meal in the Old Town, a cultural evening, or a reflective discussion session back at your accommodation. Some schools also include an evening ghost walk for context on Krakow’s medieval past. We will always include evening meals for your school trip to Krakow, so you know students are fed.
