School trips to Krakow allow your pupils studying Business and Economics to explore a city rich in history and culture, yet also at the forefront of the Eastern European rise to prominence in the business arena.

Krakow stands as a city that would not look out of place in a fairytale. As the former capital of Poland, Krakow was once the seat of the kings, however, it now stands for much more and offers great opportunities for students of business.  Adaptable Travel have partnered with many businesses in Krakow to develop an inspiring trip that will enhance and excite your students.

From the medieval Old Town complex and Wawel Hill which are UNESCO World Heritage sites, to the Europe’s largest medieval market square, Krakow is a city where legends, history and the future intertwine.

I led a group of 25 students and two staff from Bangor University from 7th-11th April 2019 to Krakow. It was a very successful trip. All the students were positive about the experience. We were impressed with our guides. They were highly educated either doing a relevant master's course or PhD. We were very lucky with warm and sunny weather.

Tour guide was useless and wan't interacting with students at all. She just carried on talking even if no one was there to listen. Accommodation was clean and friendly but next to a railway and we could hear trains rushing trough all day all night. We paid for services that never been booked or organised so missed out on a lot. We ad to wait for 2 hours for our coach upon arrival to Gatwick. Adaptable refused to take any responsibilities. I would never travel with them again.

The hotel was great with friendly and helpful staff. Helped us with food and directions. One incident that was not positive was when the receptionist from the hotel kindly called the transport company for us on our return to the airport and she was spoken to very rudely and abruptly.

The tour guide for Auschwitz was very good. The A Level History students greatly benefitted from a guide with expert knowledge.

The guide for the walking tour was too detailed and often stopped at every site which was not necessary. She did have great level of knowledge but it was not all necessary for the tour. The guide for the walking tour was very helpful in guiding us to the use of public transport.
