- The Adaptable Travel staff have been excellent throughout. Travel arrangements were good, but Easyjet let us down by taking our overhead locker bags at the very last minute before boarding and putting them all in the hold. This meant we had delays at the baggage carousel and no money / toiletries on board the flight. When asked about this, they gave the students a glass of water but wouldn't help further. The chocolate museum was expensive and comprised of a very short tour around models of chocolate and a free bar. Other groups seemed to be getting practical workshops and more detailed tours in other areas of the museum. Our tickets cost far more than the price on the admissions board.
