Situated on the hill of El Carmel in the Gracia district of Barcelona, Parc Guell is an urban park located in a northern suburb of Barcelona and is one of Gaudi’s most colourful and playful works.
Parc Guell contains amazing stone structures, stunning tiling and fascinating buildings. In the Monumental Zone, students will discover the vibrant mosaic-tiled Serpentine Bench, the iconic Dragon Stairway, and the impressive Hypostyle Hall with its forest of columns. The park offers both inspiration and insight into the mind of one of the world’s most innovative architects.
