The Opal Coast is one of the easiest ways to get students speaking French, sitting just across the Channel with only a short coach transfer beyond Calais. That keeps travel time and cost down and makes it a strong choice for a first trip abroad or a tight three-day window. Every trip is built around your group rather than sold as a fixed package. A typical MFL trip covers return travel, accommodation on a half board basis, transport and transfers, entrance to the visits you choose, and guides where they are needed. The itinerary shown on this page is a suggestion, so visits can be swapped, added or dropped, and structured language lessons can be included if you want them. Travel insurance is available as an optional supplement rather than being built into the price.

September and October give reasonable weather for the market tour and time on the coast, and from January to March there is wider accommodation availability and better pricing.
