Travel and the Metropol Parasol

Fly to Seville and the Metropol Parasol.

You will fly from the UK to Seville and transfer by coach to your accommodation to check in, with the hotel able to store luggage if you arrive before check-in. You will have free time to explore Seville, including a visit to the Metropol Parasol to take in the city skyline, with tickets including the viewpoint, an immersive room and the Aurora lighting display, depending on your flight timings. A two-course evening meal will follow at your accommodation or a local restaurant.

Day 2

Historic Seville and the Alcazar

A walking tour through historic Seville.

After breakfast you will make your way around Seville on foot or by public transport, buying tickets locally if required. You will meet your guide for a three-hour walking tour through historic Seville, exploring the charming Santa Cruz Quarter with its winding medieval streets and hidden plazas and learning about its Jewish and Moorish roots. You will pass iconic landmarks such as the Plaza de Dona Elvira, the Cathedral and La Giralda, before continuing to the impressive Plaza de Espana and finishing in the Parque de Maria Luisa, a peaceful park ideal for a break. The tour ends with time for lunch, with fresh sandwiches available from a local cafe to enjoy at a relaxed picnic in the park, with lunch at your own arrangement.

The Royal Alcazar and a tapas tour.

In the afternoon you will visit the incredible Royal Alcazar of Seville for a self-guided visit, followed by a guided Tapas Walking Tour with tapas tasting for an authentic Spanish experience.

Day 3

Cordoba and flamenco

A day in Cordoba.

After breakfast you will travel to Cordoba for a full-day tour including coach and guide, with a guided tour of key sights including the stunning Mezquita-Catedral, the historic Jewish Quarter and the Roman Bridge. You can pick up lunch at a local cafe to enjoy in the Alcazar gardens or by the river, with lunch at your own arrangement, then continue exploring Cordoba with some free time for local shops, markets and charming plazas, before returning to Seville by coach.

A flamenco show.

In the evening you will enjoy a traditional Spanish flamenco show with a two-course evening meal.

Day 4

Seville Cathedral and home

The Cathedral and the journey home.

After breakfast, and depending on flight times, you may have free time in Seville, where you can visit the largest Gothic cathedral in the world, Seville Cathedral and La Giralda, on a self-guided visit, before your coach transfer to the airport and return flight to the UK.
