Suggested Itinerary

Fly from UK to Madrid.
Coach transfer to your accommodation and check in.
Depending on your arrival time, you may have some free time to explore central Madrid on foot. Enjoy a leisurely walk to nearby highlights such as Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, and Plaza de Oriente. These iconic spots offer a relaxed way to experience the city’s vibrant atmosphere and historic charm before your evening meal.
Evening meal at your accommodation or a local restaurant (2-course).

Breakfast at your accommodation.

Make your way around Madrid on foot or by public transport, purchase ticket locally. You can also choose to add in coach hire at a supplement if required.

Enjoy a 3-hour guided walking tour, meet your guide at Plaza Mayor, then stroll to Puerta del Sol, past the Royal Theatre to view the Almudena Cathedral from the outside. Continue to the historic Plaza de la Villa, with an optional stop at Mercado de San Miguel, then walk down Calle Mayor into the Literary Quarter, finishing at Gran Vía.

Stop at a local supermarket or bakery to pick up lunch items. (lunch not included – own arrangements)

In the afternoon, visit the incredible Bernabéu Stadium for a self-guided visit (make your own way on foot or by public transport or add in coach at a supplement).
In the evening, enjoy a traditional Spanish Flamenco show with an evening meal (2-course).

Breakfast at your accommodation. Meet your half- day guide and travel to the Palacio Real El Madrid.
Pick up your lunch at a local bakery or supermarket nearby, then head to Parque del Monte de El Pardo for a relaxed picnic lunch (lunch not included – own arrangements).
In the afternoon, visit Madrid Zoo.
Following this, enjoy a guided Tapas Walking Tour, including tapas tasting for an authentic Spanish experience.

Breakfast at your accommodation.
If time permits before your transfer to the airport, you can enjoy some free time exploring Madrid (self-led). If time permits before your airport transfer, enjoy a self-led visit to El Retiro Park, Madrid’s iconic green space. Once a royal retreat, it now offers tranquil walks, the Crystal Palace, and a scenic lake.
Coach transfer to the airport and return flight to the UK.
