Fly from UK to Rome.
Coach transfer to your accommodation in Rome and check in.
Make your way around Rome on foot and by public transport. 12, 24 or 72 hour passes must be purchased locally from any metro or train station. You can also choose to add in coach hire at a supplement if required.
Free time to explore Rome on foot or using public transport (self-guided, transport not included). Visit areas such as Piazza Venezia, Piazza Navona, Via del Corso and the Villa Borghese Gardens.
Evening meal at a local restaurant (2 courses, including pizza or pasta main).

Breakfast at your accommodation.
Make your way around Rome on foot and by public transport, 12, 24 or 72 hour passes must be purchased locally from any metro or train station. You can also choose to add in coach hire at a supplement if required.
Visit the Vatican and Sistine Chapel for a guided tour (with headphones). Please note this tour will end with an explanation of St Peter's Basilica. Groups can then visit this basilica self-guided and free of charge by joining the regular queue.
Lunch (not included – own arrangement, add in packed lunch at a supplement). Numerous cafe options available a short walk away, then bring back to eat in St Peter’s Square.
In the afternoon, visit the Basilica St Mary for a self-guided visit.
Evening meal at a local restaurant (2 courses, including pizza or pasta main).

Day 3

Breakfast at your accommodation.
Make your way around Rome on foot and by public transport. (12, 24 or 72 hour passes must be purchased locally from any metro or train station). You can also choose to add in coach hire at a supplement if required.
Visit the ancient Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill, with a guide and headphones for guided tour of these ancient wonders.
Lunch (not included – own arrangement or add in a packed lunch at a supplement). Free time for lunch nearby, with plenty of cafés and bakeries in the area. Eat in Colle Oppio Park (Colosseum views).
In the afternoon, enjoy a 3-hour guided walking tour. Explore the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Pantheon with your guide (includes headsets).
Evening meal at a local restaurant (2 courses, including pizza or pasta main).
