We loved the trip and had a great time in NYC. We did however find the hotel staff to be unhelpful when checking in we were waiting for 20/25 minutes for them to sort rooms out breakfast vouchers were not sorted for arrival so were posted under our doors. Breakfast was a let down for us the range was very small and not what we expected. For our next trip we would like to look at the breakfast range first and ensure we are happy with what is on offer so we don't end up eating breakfast out and we would like next years trip to be longer to fit everything in.

All in all it was a terrific trip and a great experience for the girls. Basically it is an exchange visit which Adaptable Travel organise for us and, going forward, we would like to have more time in the school in Manhattan but this is something for us to negotiate and not the tour company. Debbie at Adaptable Travel was brilliant: thorough, well-organised, quick to respond and very helpful indeed. Thank you. We will definitely book again!

Our whole group had a superb experience in New York. We had a vast array of experiences and activities planned to make sure we had a jam packed tour. Our itinerary was carefully planned and the trip ran extremely smoothly despite never having a wasted half an hour. By the end of our trip, we had 42 very exhausted students who certainly got their value for money.
