New York Art Study Trips

Arrival in New York

Fly to New York and Times Square.

You will fly from the UK to New York, where your guide will meet you for the coach transfer to your accommodation to check in. You will then have free time in Times Square to take in the lights and billboards, followed by a two-course restaurant evening meal.

Day 2

American art and the harbour

The Whitney Museum.

After an American breakfast you will visit the Whitney Museum of American Art in the Meatpacking District, exploring 20th and 21st century American art. You will pick up lunch to enjoy in Battery Park with views across the harbour.

Liberty, Ellis Island and One World.

You will take the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island Cruise to view Lady Liberty up close and visit the immigration museum, then head to One World Observatory for sweeping views from the 102nd floor. After dinner you can enjoy a Broadway show or a sports fixture.

Day 3

Modern masters and the Met

The Museum of Modern Art.

After breakfast you will visit the Museum of Modern Art, home to works by Van Gogh, Picasso, Warhol and more, before lunch in Central Park.

The Metropolitan Museum.

You will then visit The Met to explore one of the world's greatest art collections, followed by a two-course restaurant evening meal.

Day 4

Skyline and home

The Empire State Building.

After breakfast and check out you will visit the Empire State Building for panoramic views from the 86th floor, with free time for lunch and shopping before meeting your coach for the overnight flight back to the UK.

Arrive back in the UK

Home.

You will arrive back in the UK, where you will make your own way home with plenty of memories to share.
