The accommodation was perfectly suited to the group [other than the mini bars in the room which were removed by the hotel when asked], it was in fact, better than we expected. the Hotel was clearly within walking distance of the main square and close to a small shop for the needs of pupils. The organisation and activities were flawless, and the Ariel restaurant was amenable to changing the time of our evening meal, which was great for us. Our only complaint was that our return transfer to the airport was delayed, apparently by traffic. We think they forgot us, as the lady in the company had to ask how many people needed to go to the airport. Other than that, an excellent trip and I would use the company again as I believe, whilst the transfer issue was stressful, it was beyond their control.

The hotel was fantastic and there were no issues with transport or timings, other than the coach driver not speaking any English, making communication extremely difficult. However, because our Auschwitz tour was changed to the half-day tour after we had already made our booking, the students lost a lot of time in Auschwitz and didn't get to see much of Birkenau. Also, our tour time was quite late, so the guide would not take us to see any more of the site as it had already got dark.

Despite this, the Adaptable team were extremely efficient and were a pleasure to deal with.
