This is now the third time we have used Adaptable Travel for our annual exchange to New York and we continue to be highly impressed with their support, advice, knowledge and expertise. This year the uptake for the trip was low but the staff at Adaptable went out of their way to explore ways in which costs could be cut in order to make the visit viable. The fact that it happened is a tribute to their efforts. Everyone involved at Francis Holland Regent's Park was extremely appreciative and grateful for the personal touch provided and we look forward to working with them again next year. Thank you!

We loved the trip and had a great time in NYC. We did however find the hotel staff to be unhelpful when checking in we were waiting for 20/25 minutes for them to sort rooms out breakfast vouchers were not sorted for arrival so were posted under our doors. Breakfast was a let down for us the range was very small and not what we expected. For our next trip we would like to look at the breakfast range first and ensure we are happy with what is on offer so we don't end up eating breakfast out and we would like next years trip to be longer to fit everything in.

All in all it was a terrific trip and a great experience for the girls. Basically it is an exchange visit which Adaptable Travel organise for us and, going forward, we would like to have more time in the school in Manhattan but this is something for us to negotiate and not the tour company. Debbie at Adaptable Travel was brilliant: thorough, well-organised, quick to respond and very helpful indeed. Thank you. We will definitely book again!
