Shakespeare’s Schoolroom & Guildhall

Step into the very room where William Shakespeare and his classmates studied in the 1570s at Shakespeare’s Schoolroom & Guildhall in Stratford-upon-Avon. After an immersive Tudor-style lesson that references Elizabethan learning and classroom discipline, pupils can explore the Guildhall—including the medieval council chamber and prison cell—to discover how the town was governed in Shakespeare’s time.
