EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum

Discover the story of Ireland and its people at EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum, an award-winning interactive museum located in Dublin’s historic Docklands.

Through 20 immersive digital galleries, students explore the journeys, achievements and global impact of the millions of people who left Ireland and helped shape communities around the world. Unlike a traditional museum, EPIC uses cutting-edge technology, interactive displays, motion-sensor experiences, video storytelling and multimedia exhibits to bring history to life.

Students will uncover stories of migration, identity, culture, science, sport, politics and innovation while learning how Irish emigrants influenced societies across the globe.

The museum offers self-guided visits and guided tours.
