Ice Cream Making with Bougainvillea

Located in the heart of Sorrento town, Bougainvillea invites your group to take part in a one-hour hands-on ice-cream-making workshop.
The session begins in the gelato laboratory, where the master gelato maker provides aprons and disposable hat, introduces two local flavours (including the region-famous lemon), and guides participants through squeezing fresh lemon, preparing raw materials, freezing the gelato and finally, tasting the results.
The Bougainvillea workshop is inside the town centre of Sorrento and transport is not included. Groups should make their own way to the venue in town.
For larger groups the session may need to be split into multiple time slots or groups to fit with the workshop capacity.
