Take your group behind the scenes at the BMW Group Plant Berlin, Germany’s premier motorcycle manufacturing facility. 

On this guided tour you’ll see how premium BMW motorcycles are assembled from around 2,000 parts and components as they move through modern logistics and production halls — all happening in real time. 

This visit bridges classroom learning and real-world industry by showing students how engineering, logistics and collaborative technology combine in high-tech manufacturing. Pupils will observe how people work alongside automated systems to maintain precision, quality and efficiency, offering a tangible example of teamwork between human operators, robotics and data-driven processes.

Tours are offered in English or German to suit your group’s needs.

Tours run Monday - Friday only

  • 15 pax per group - Larger groups can be split, however each group must have 1 accompanying teacher
