Stratford Butterfly Farm

Show all photos
Step into a tropical world at Stratford Butterfly Farm, where students explore the Rainforest Flight Area, Discovery Zone, and Minibeast Metropolis.
A guided tour of approximately 60 minutes will introduce themes such as the Life Cycle of a Butterfly or Discover the Maya, each complemented by a “Meet the Mini‑Beast” handling session with insects and creatures. Allow 2–3 hours for the full experience, including time for lunch or free exploration of the exhibits and outdoor gardens.
Educational Benefits
- Science & Geography: Pupils observe tropical rainforest ecosystems, butterfly morphology, and lifecycles in a biosphere simulation.

- Hands-On Learning: Handling mini-beasts encourages curiosity, respect for invertebrates, and active participation.
- Curriculum Enrichment: Each visit supports cross-curricular learning across science, geography, history, art, and environmental education.
