This unique Nazi stadium was built for the 1936 Olympics, infamous for speeches made by Hitler just before the outbreak of WWII. The stadium was given a complete refurbishment and hosted the final of the 2006 Fifa World Cup. The stadium today is a modern stadium, yet still retains all of its historical remnants.
Take your group on a guided tour of Berlin’s Olympic Stadium. Students will explore the stadium’s architecture, sporting legacy and role in key historical events, as well as its continued use today as a modern sports and events arena.
