Mushroom Museum (Loire Valley)
Created in 1978 and one of the most visited sites in Saumur, the Mushroom Museum houses over 200 types of mushroom. The caves in which the mushrooms grow are at the constant temperature of 15 degrees and the humidity level is over 90%, providing a perfect environment for the different spieces of mushrooms to grow. Your group can learn about the different varieties, and taste test in the troglodyte caves.
