La Gaufre du Pays Flamand
La Gayfre de Pays Flamand is a vintage shop focused on keeping the traditional waffle alive. Your group can tour the grounds, and be amazed as you watch experienced chefs demonstrate how to make delicious waffles. You will also have the opportunity to visit the authentic Little Museum of Waffle Houplines onsite, discovering a beautiful collection of waffle irons and the true historic tradition of the north.
Each tour lasts 45 minutes and is summarised with a course tasting!
