On 27 January each year, Holocaust Memorial Day (HMD) is marked across the world. This is a great opportunity for Citizenship learning to learn from Holocaust Memorial Day, providing the chance for everyone to learn lessons from the Holocaust, Nazi persecution and subsequent genocides and apply them to the present day. Several locations in London mark HDM, including the Imperial War Museum and the London Jewish Museum.
