The home of Google, arguably the most influential organisation in the planet!  Although you cannot access the buildings, the public are allowed to visit areas of the campus, and you will see first-hand the amazing setup Google has established at its HQ, Googleplex.  The Googleplex camps showcases some wonderful and interesting sites to explore and really give a feel for the company ethos and is sure to fire the imagination of any aspiring computers whizz kids.  The Googleplex tour can be enjoyed as part of a Silicon Valley daytrip around several technology companies of world-importance.
