Glacier 3000 - Glacier Landforms and Tourism

Glacier 3000 is an alpine resort that offers an array of activities in both summer and winter and is a great example of an Alpine Tourist resort.  Board the panoramic cable car which takes you to the snowy peaks at 3000 metres in just 15 minutes. From the mountain top station you can tour the area with your specialist guide.  On Glacier 3000, you can view 360° panorama of 24 summits with heights of more than 4,000 m, including the Matterhorn and Mont Blanc.  You also have the option to add in a ride on the snow bus across the glacier or head off on a hike of the area.  Excursion includes coach, guide and cable car ride.
