Chef Carmen Cooking Class (Pasta Making)

Enjoy a 2 hour authentic Italian culinary experience with a hands-on pasta making class at Chef Carmen Cooking School. Guided by an experienced local chef, students will be introduced to traditional Italian cooking techniques before rolling up their sleeves to create their own fresh pasta or gnocchi from scratch.

Once cooking is complete, the group will sit down together to enjoy the pasta they have made, served with tomato sauce, cheese and water.
