Explore the dramatic limestone landscapes of Cheddar Gorge & Caves in Somerset, including an immersive experience in Yeo’s Journey, Gough’s Cave (with a guided or audio tour), Cox’s Cave’s Dreamhunters multimedia walk-through, the Museum of Prehistory, the Cliff-Top Walk via Jacob’s Ladder, and the cinematic Beyond the View experience. Pupils journey through geological time, prehistoric life, and stunning cliff-edge scenery.
A Key Stage 2 workshop is also available: including demonstrations of fire-lighting and flint-knapping by a costumed hunter-gather in the museum followed by a talk on Stone Age life in the ‘daylight zone’ of Gough’s Cave
