Dalur HI Hostel
Set in the peaceful Laugardalur Valley, Dalur is a quiet green oasis just a short bus ride from Reykjavík’s city centre.
It is next to the Laugardalslaug geothermal swimming pool and close to the Reykjavík zoo and botanical gardens.

Some rooms have private bathrooms, others use shared facilities.
Bed-linen: Linen is included.
Lockers are provided for guests in shared dorms.
Each bed has power outlets and a reading light. The hostel is climate controlled, and there is secure key-card / coded access.

A mix of ensuite and private dormitory, bunk-bed style rooms. Maximum 6 beds
Please note, we cannot guarantee student rooms will be located on the same floor or next to staff rooms. We always request this and do our best to ensure this is the case, but it cannot be guaranteed.
Staff Rooms
Please note, all staff rooms will be twin bedded rooms unless quoted otherwise in your quotation. We provide one single room if you have an odd number of free staff places.
