Adding Your Profille to the Website
Everyone will have their profile added to the website.
If not already done so, please write approx. 100 words in third person about yourself, detailing your background and why you love the travel industry. Send this to Matt onemail (it may be tweaked slightly) and your profile will be added to the website.
In addition, please send Matt an image of yourself that best represents yourself. Ensure the image is high resolution and displays your face, ideally in a travel related setting.

Working Together
- We have a fortnightly team meeting on MS Teams at 11am every Tuesday
- Sometimes there are things to discuss, other times it’s just to say hi
- Sales & Operations have separate meetings at scheduled times
Who to Report to
SALES
Catherine - can go to Catherine with any Sales questions / systems / STF / Associations (e.g. insurance)
Sales team – General destination/quote/client questions – often better than anyone for sales related questions
Matt - further support where required
COSTINGS
Ian - Questions related to costings / MD - other work concerns
OPERATIONS
Kerry - for annual leave related issues / itinerary questions and options
Operations team - General operational/supplier questions
IT / Spirit
IT Support - please liaise with Jack in the first instance, who is in charge of IT issues and questions
