National Maritime Museum

National Maritime Museum

Based in Greenwich, the National Maritime Museum is the leading maritime museum of the UK incorporating the historic buildings forming part of the Maritime Greenwich World Heritage Site, the Royal Observatory and 17th Century Queens House. Students will be able to discover 500 years of Britain’s encounter with the world at sea by viewing the uniform Nelson wore at the Battle of Trafalgar, steering a ship into port and firing a cannon in the maritime galleries.
