Gruyere cheese factory
An industry visit to La Maison du Gruyère will guide students through the inputs, outputs and processes associated with a factory system for cheese making. This is delivered through an exhibition using information boards and interactive displays allowing visitors to see, hear, touch, taste and smell, to learn more about this traditional Swiss cheese. This visit is excellent to pair up with the Bex Salt Mines or Nestle Factory.
