Glacier Hike South Shore Add-On
The glacial snout Sólheimajökull extends down from the Mýrdalsjökull glacier. If you are already undertaking the South Shore day you can choose to add in a Glacier Hike at a supplement. You will be accompanied by an experienced glacier guide and undertake a safe and easy walk on crampons up onto the ice field. Students can explore the deep crevasses of this outlet glacier with its amazing ice formations, jagged ridges and sink holes. Specialist guide and equipment included.
