Cookery Course at Castelli Romani
In a fabulous setting learn to prepare classic Italian dishes such as fettuccine with flour and eggs, gnocchi with potatos and other specialties, all with the assistance of the wonderful cook, 'Didi'.
Taste the prepared dishes at the end of the course in the festive dining room or outside.
