Animation Workshops

Give students the opportunity to become animators for the day with a hands-on Stop Motion Animation Workshop from Chocolate Films. Working in small groups, students create their own animated film using materials such as paper, modelling clay, LEGO or found objects, bringing their ideas to life one frame at a time.

With support from professional filmmakers, students learn the basics of animation, storytelling, character creation, filming and editing. Depending on the format booked, the workshop can finish with a screening of the films created by the group, giving students the chance to see their work come together on screen.
