The following is our internal process for when groups have hoodies as part of their tour.

The Steps

1. Group books with Adaptable Travel and listed on Booking Confirmation

2. Sian does an intro email Adaptable X Wave Ed (hoodie company) X Group Leader (giving email, name, student + teacher numbers, trip destination and departure date.

3. Wave Ed open the form at least 3 months pre-departure, for a defined order period of 4 week

4. Form is closed and form order details are sent to Group Leader and Adaptable (Sian

5. When the form is closed, 6 weeks pre-departure Wave Ed contact Adaptable (Sian) to double check all is per the form (group no.s etc)

6. Adaptable Confirm/update. Wave Ed begin print run

7. Any order changes after 6-weeks pre-trip are on request.

8. Wave Ed invoice Adaptable for payment around 6-weeks pre-departure date.

If a group adds hoodies after they book, we:

  • Check with Sian (who checks with Wave Ed) if it fits the timeline
  • If confirmed, we invoice the group for the hoodies and follow the above ordering process.
