Prague and Krakow make the perfect companions for your students to explore history on their next school trip.Prague is blessed with a beautiful facade that evokes majesty, yet delve a little deeper and your students will quickly unearth a fascinating and at times, dark history linked to the Roman Empire, World War I & II and the Velvet Revolution. Your students will be able to explore these sites to see how they helped to shape Prague.

Combining this with Krakow makes perfect sense considering not only their geographical proximity, but also the history of Krakow which mirrors and contradicts that of Prague. Krakow, which was fortunately spared destruction during World War II, now houses more artworks and historic buildings than any other Polish city. On a trip to the medieval city, Krakow, your students can learn all about the atrocities committed by the Nazis in nearby concentration camps. Krakow is blessed with many historical landmarks and monuments which symbolise Europe’s turbulent past.Your students can have an unforgettable experience on this history tour and visit some amazing landmarks. Some visits include the Terezin Concentration Camp, a Walking Tour Of Kazimierz and the Schindlers Factory Museums.

Breakfast in hotel Visit Terezin Concentration Camp, which was established by the SS during WWII After lunch, your group will have free time in Old Town Square, with the opportunity to visit Charles Bridge and many other famous sites. Enjoy an evening meal in a local restaurant. Return to the hotel.

After breakfast, your group shall visit the Jewish Museum, which houses the most extensive and important collections of Judaic art in the world. Continue onto the Museum of Communism, where students will have the chance to discover immersive factories, a historical schoolroom, an interrogation room, and much more. Sit down together for a lovely evening meal. Return to the hotel.
