3. Quotes
Once the costing has been completed, this is then converted into a quotation by the relevant Educational Travel Consultant.
- You first select the correct template
- You add the relevant details and update where necessary
- You then attach this to Spirit and send to the client via email
Quotes are saved in: AH Quote Templates > and broken down by region. Pick the correct destination.
Some destinations have more than 1 template, based on subject/travel type etc.
