From the start of organising your school trip, to your return, we understand that you have to fulfil many stages in order to make the trip happen. Adaptable Travel understand this process exceptionally well due to our unique relationship and links with education. As a result, we streamline our service to ensure the burden of paperwork upon group leaders is minimal. From a transparent and easy to understand quotation, to our free risk assessment handbook which helps to do the hard work for you when it comes to your LEA risk assessment forms, Adaptable Travel strive to make the process as seamless and easy as possible for you – the group leader.
Adaptable Travel are compiled of a passionate team. You will be allocated your member of the Adaptable Travel team based on our expertise and your requirements. This means from start to finish, we are here to support you. Even whilst on tour, you will have he backup of a senior member of the Adaptable Travel team through a dedicated 24 hour support line.
When putting together a tour, we look at two key principles – does this tour fulfil educational requirements of the curriculum, and secondly will it inspire the students undertaking the trip? This approach ensures each and every trip we offer gives real educational value to your students, and leaves them with a memory that we hope will inspire the rest of their life.
