Berber Cookery Daytrip
Travel up into the High Atlas to learn more about berber cooking in traditional styles within the culture in one of the villages near Ouirgane- a small location for several Berber villages located in a scenic valley.You can learn how to cook various flatbreads, see the vegetables and spices used, and depending on the season you might even be able to see the fruit specialities of fig, Opuntia (cactus), and quince.
