Your group will depart your institution and travel towards Lille by coach, via the Dover-Calais Ferry. Once you have arrived in Lille you will transfer directly to your hotel and check into your accommodation, depending on arrival times rooms may not be available however left luggage facilities should be provided. Depending on the time of your arrival your group will have varying amounts of free time to explore your first taste of Lille and the delights it has to offer!

Breakfast will be served in your hotel before you make your way to Lille’s beautiful Old Town and Market. After a morning of exploring Lille’s Old Town and all, it has to offer you will enjoy lunch in a local restaurant before your second visit of the day La Gaufre du Pays Flamand. At this visit, your students will step into a traditional, vintage shop where traditional waffle baking is kept alive in Lille. After exploring the grounds of the shop and watching some mouth-watering demonstrations and some even more tantalising tasters, you will transfer back to your accommodation.

Your final breakfast will be served in your hotel before checking out and boarding the coach for your final visit of the trip, Lille Zoo! Here your students can get up close and personal with their favourite animals and learn more about the natural world around them. After this fantastic visit, it is time to transfer back to your institution and share the memories with everyone back home!
