The hotel was fantastic and there were no issues with transport or timings, other than the coach driver not speaking any English, making communication extremely difficult. However, because our Auschwitz tour was changed to the half-day tour after we had already made our booking, the students lost a lot of time in Auschwitz and didn't get to see much of Birkenau. Also, our tour time was quite late, so the guide would not take us to see any more of the site as it had already got dark.

Despite this, the Adaptable team were extremely efficient and were a pleasure to deal with.

I would highly recommend this company. From day one the communication and support has been excellent. This was the first trip I have organised and I genuinely couldn't have picked a better company to go with. Pre trip was excellent and during the trip was even better. All trips ran smoothly, all transport was on time, efficient and with friendly drivers. The tours were very good, particularly the tour of the Jewish Quarters and Ghetto - the tour guide for this was very informative. I will definitely be using this company again.
