Amazing trip all round. Our guide accompanied us to all visits, which I liked as its such a different type of place it took some stress off my shoulders as tour leader. Tokyo is amazing, would definitely go back, every 2years in our school. Accommodation was great, food not always to students liking (but not always a bad them off chips). Al in all, quite an amazing trip to Toyko.

This was a really good trip our students enjoyed Tokyo.

The only issues from my side was the lack of flexibility in changing meals, our vegetarian students were often told they couldn't sit with there friends which was upsetting for them.

Our guide at times was abrupt and rude towards staff I feel the communication boundary was difficult and she wasn't coping with the students questions very well. Students were often frustrated when the guide walked extra slow when they walked in front of her. She was always on time and prompt.

At the Panasonic centre the guide told us the 3rd floor was closed which was the main reason we wanted to visit this attraction after asking at the desk my self why it was closed it wasn't. You had to book in advance, which was disappointing.

At the science and innovation museum staff received different tickets to the students which prevented them in entering the exhibition at the bottom floor. There was no age restriction it just cost more so I would like to no why students did not receive the same tickets as us many of the students were upset about this and had to purchase another ticket.

The hotel was wonderful and the food in the hotel was excellent. Overall a really good trip. BA were an excellent airline and very good with our students.
