The BBC will mark the history of the famous St Columb's College in Derry with its new film 'The Boys of St Columb's'.
This remarkable school in Derry, Northern Ireland has helped to shape the cultural and political landscape of the country. The school was the starting point of John Hume and Seamus Heaney, who are just two of the Nobel laureates who have studied at the school. Other former attendees include international songwriters Phil Clouter and Paul Brady, author Seamus Deane, socialist campaigner and journalist Eamonn McCann and Irish diplomat James Sharkey.
