A: All group leaders have access to a 24 hour emergency contact number for the duration of their tour. Our 24 hour emergency line is
staffed at all times by one of our experienced tour operators ensuring the best possible support.
Q: What if we need to seek advice while we are away that is not considered an emergency?
A: We recommend that if you have any basic queries while away that you speak to your coach driver (if applicable) or the hotel reception
staff. In most cases these representatives will be able to assist regarding the majority of minor issues.
Q: Should I look after the group’s passports while we are away?
A: We would only recommend that you look after all passports if the accommodation used offers a protected hotel safe. We would also
recommend that you keep a copy of all passport numbers, date and place of issue in a separate place.
