Client feedback is essential to our business and while we are confident that your tour will run smoothly from start to finish it is vital that we monitor our success and identify any possible areas for improvements. On the completion of your tour we ask for our Evaluation Form to be completed by the relevant group leader giving all clients the opportunity to tell us how the tour went.
