Your group will depart your institution towards the airport for your outbound flight from the UK to Washington. Once you have arrived in Washington D.C your group will transfer yo your accommodation and check-in. After checking in you will have a free evening to explore Washington before enjoying a group meal to finish off the day.

Breakfast will be served in your hotel before heading out for a jam-packed day of creativity and exploration. Your second day in Washington D.C will consist of a day-long visit to the Smithsonian American Art Museum, where your students can explore one of the largest collections of American art in the world. In the evening your group will have some free time for your own activities before enjoying an evening meal as a group.

Day 3 will start off with breakfast in your hotel before setting off on a guided walking tour of the Washington Memorials. After a busy morning, your group will break for some lunch and a rest, before a second visit to the Hirshorn Museum and Sculpture Garden. Once again you will have some free time in the evening to explore the area before an evening meal to round off a busy day.

After breakfast, you and your students will pay a visit to some of Washington’s most famous sights and landmarks including the iconic White House and the Lincoln Memorial. After a morning exploring Washington’s iconic monuments, your group will break for some lunch before making your way to the airport for you return flight to the UK.

Your return flight will see you and your group arrive back in the UK early morning.
