Adaptable Travel will work with you to develop a bespoke itinerary for your group, ensuring your students get the very most out of their school trip experience. Below is an example itinerary for an art study trip to Rome:

Upon arrival at the airport, your group will board your outgoing flight toward Rome. Once your group has arrived in the beautiful city of Rome your will transfer to your hotel and check in, if you have arrived before check in left luggage facilities should be available. Depending on flight times your group may enjoy your first taste of Rome, onboard an open top bus tour of Rome with City Sightseeing Roma. To finish off the day your group will sit down for an evening meal.

Breakfast will be served in your hotel before your group enjoys a tour of the remarkable Sistine Chapel, followed by a visit to the Vatican Museum. After these visits your group will enjoy some free time for lunch in Rome. After a lunch in the city, your group will visit the National Gallery of Ancient Art and the National Gallery of Modern and Contemporary Art. To round off a wonderful day, your group will enjoy an evening meal in Rome before heading back to the hotel.

Your group will enjoy breakfast at your hotel, followed by a visit to the Capitoline Museum. After breakfast in your hotel your group will take a stroll up to the Borghese Art Gallery, where you can view sculptures, ancient mosaics, paintings and more fantastic artworks. After this visit your group will have the opportunity to grab some lunch in Rome and take in the fabulous city. Once your group has had a break in the sun, you will take part in the E3 Trail ‘The Emperor’s Quest’. On this interactive walking trail your students will explore some of Rome’s most popular sites.

Your group will enjoy a final breakfast in your hotel, before checking out. Depending on flight times your group may have some free time to explore Rome one last time. After checking out and exploring Rome for the final time it’s time to travel back to the airport to board your return flight to the UK.
