Suggested Itinerary

All of our school trips to Brussels are bespoke, allowing you to get the perfect trip based on your requirements. That been said, our friendly team at Adaptable Travel are well versed in creating itineraries for groups, and many choose to follow the suggested itinerary below.

Once your group has arrived in Brussels, your group will be transferred to the Belgian National Bank, which offers educational tours, along with a talk about the importance of the bank and its role. After your tour of the Belgian National Bank, you will transfer to your hotel and check-in. Once settled into your accommodation you will have some free time in the evening before finishing off the day with a group meal.

Breakfast will be served in your hotel before your group heads towards your first visit to Concept Chocolate where you will learn about the history and procedures of producing chocolates. After this visit, your group will break for some lunch, before transferring to Bev Breweries, one of the largest brewery companies. Your students will have a guided tour and learn about the business and manufacturing process at this company. After this tour, your group will transfer to a local restaurant for a lovely group meal, before returning to your hotel.

Your group will enjoy breakfast in your hotel before transferring to Antwerp. Your first visit of the day will be to Coca-Cola, the world’s largest beverage company. On a 2-hour tour of the site, your students shall explore their interactive center and discover behind the scenes processes such as manufacturing and distribution. Your group will then continue onto the Port of Antwerp for a guided tour, witnessing first-hand how this port influences business around the globe. In the evening your group will travel back into Brussels and return to your hotel.

This tour will develop your students understanding of how many key European decisions are made (group visits must be requested directly via a local MP) After this visit your group will depart Brussels and begin your journey back to school.
