Rungis market is one of the world’s largest markets, occupying 320 hectares and employing 15,000 people to facilitate the flow of millions of tonnes of produce, meat, cheese, poultry, and flowers. Take a coach to the market for a tour to discover how the French take so much care to sell and distribute produce. (Early start required approx 5am)
Visit the Réseau Autonome du Transports de Paris, who run the Paris Metro system. Students will learn how the system works, learn about the history of the company and there will also be a presentation from a member of the RATP team. Max group size is 25
