| We are more than happy to hold a non committal option for your group for a short period on any of
our conventions without any financial commitment. |
| To confirm your booking we will require your completed and signed booking form along with
your non-refundable deposits. Full passenger names list will also be required for low cost airline
bookings. |
Coach Tours £50 per paying passenger
Air Tours £100 per paying passenger
The final balance will be required 4 weeks prior to your departure. A full itinerary and any relevant
tickets will be sent out at this point. |
| If a passenger has to cancel the tour, do not worry, you can replace one passenger with another. In
this case all their payments can be transferred to the new passenger with no additional charge (In
the exception of air tours as airlines may charge for name changes). If a replacement cannot be found
then the cancelled passenger |
